Coaching

Coaching is a purposeful conversation between two people with a clear goal in mind.

In a safe, non-judgmental and confidential conversation, we can look at what you want from your life, your career and your relationships, and co-create ways to achieve them.

Coaching is a more goal-oriented approach than therapy, and focuses more on the here and now, and the overall patterns that have emerged throughout your life. There is less focus on processing individual past events.

My coaching style is intuitive, supportive, challenging and pragmatic. Our sessions can help you explore and understand who you are, what drives you, how work fits into your life as a whole, what elements you would like to change – and how to make those changes.

I have been working with coaching clients in a professional corporate environment for many years, focusing on career impasses, career transition points, how to make an impact and coaching for well-being.

Fee structure

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, followed by individual sessions:

Most clients have coaching sessions every 4-6 weeks, but those timings are flexible. Please note that if you buy a block of 6 sessions, all 6 must be taken within the course of a year.

Coaching sessions can take place online via Zoom or MS Teams, or in person at my practice in Heathfield.
